Istanbul has internationally accredited hospitals performing very high volumes of hair and dental work, and it also has unlicensed operations selling £1,000 packages out of converted flats. Our entire function is standing between you and the second kind.

Ask for their full name and registration number, and check it. Every practising doctor in Türkiye is registered. We give you the name at quote stage, before any deposit, and put you on a video call with them. Any facilitator unwilling to do that is hiding something.

In hair restoration this is the question. Extraction and implantation can legally be delegated to technicians, and in high-volume clinics they routinely are. We state in writing which steps your named consultant performs personally. If a clinic will not commit to that in writing, we do not use them.

No. Once your written quote is signed, the figure is final. If the clinic asks for anything extra on the day for something included in your quote, do not pay it — call your coordinator. We settle it, not you.

It is fully refundable for fourteen days from payment, for any reason or none. Your contract is with a company registered in England and Wales, so you have UK legal recourse — which is not the case when you pay a foreign clinic directly by bank transfer.

Clinic rent, salaries, laboratory costs and insurance premiums in Istanbul are a fraction of London's, and case volumes are far higher, which spreads fixed costs. The implants, grafts, blades and porcelain are the same internationally certified products. You are buying the same thing in a cheaper economy.

We are paid a fixed coordination fee, agreed with the clinic, that does not scale with the size of your treatment. That is deliberate: it is the only structure under which our advice on how much treatment you need can be trusted. Ask any other facilitator the same question.

Hair transplant: three nights. Dental implants: two trips, four days then three. Veneers or crowns: five to seven days in one trip. Full smile design: six to eight days. Your plan states the exact schedule before you book anything.

Yes, and we tell you which ones and why — arrival timing matters more than people expect, because bloods and the pre-operative examination have to happen the day before treatment. Everything else, including every transfer, is arranged and paid for by us.

Yes, and we encourage it for any procedure involving sedation. Companion rooms are available at our negotiated rate, quoted before you book rather than added afterwards.

Your coordinator is English-speaking, and either they or an interpreter attends every clinical appointment with you. Consent forms and your treatment record are provided in English. You should never be asked to sign something you cannot read.

It depends on the area to be covered and your donor density, not on your budget. Roughly: a receding hairline 1,500–2,500; hairline and mid-scalp 2,500–3,500; adding the crown 3,500–4,500. Anyone quoting a number before seeing photographs is guessing.

Around week three the transplanted hairs fall out and it looks as though nothing happened. The follicles beneath are alive and dormant. It is the normal cycle, it happens to almost everyone, and it is temporary. Knowing it is coming is the difference between calm and panic — which is why we tell you now rather than after.

Possibly. If you are in your thirties and still losing native hair, a second session in five to ten years is common — not because the first failed but because the loss around it continued. We plan donor use with that in mind rather than spending everything at once.

Almost certainly not. Most people show eight to ten upper teeth when smiling. A great many patients who arrive asking for a full set need whitening and four veneers. We will tell you that, and we earn the same either way.

Not for a properly planned veneer — preparation removes 0.3 to 0.7mm from the front surface only. The alarming photographs online are crowns, where the tooth is reduced on all sides. Ask any clinic which of the two they are quoting. We state it explicitly.

For a minority with excellent bone, yes. For most, no — the fixture needs three to four months to integrate before it can carry a crown. Clinics that place and load every implant in one week are taking a risk with your bone.

You contact your coordinator on the same number, not a foreign call centre. Your surgeon reviews photographs and advises. If a revision is clinically indicated within the agreed window, the partner clinic performs it at no surgical cost and we arrange the return trip.

Go to any UK GP, dentist or A&E and hand them the written record we give you — technique, materials, batch numbers, medication. That record is the difference between a UK clinician helping you in twenty minutes and having to guess. Call your coordinator at the same time.

Materials and workmanship for the stated period — lifetime on implant fixtures, five years on crowns and veneers, and a revision window on hair restoration where growth falls materially short of the agreed plan. It does not cover damage from grinding, trauma or neglected hygiene, and we say so up front rather than in small print.
