FUE Hair Transplant
Follicular Unit Extraction — the workhorse of modern hair restoration. Individual follicular units are harvested from the donor area with a micro-punch and placed into channels opened by the surgeon. It moves the largest number of grafts in a single session at the lowest cost per graft, which is why it remains the right answer for most cases of established pattern loss.
FUE is the right choice when

The procedure, step by step

Design and consent
The surgeon draws your hairline with you in front of a mirror, standing up, in daylight. Nothing starts until you agree it.

Shave and anaesthetic
The head is shaved and local anaesthetic administered to the donor area. This is the only genuinely uncomfortable part.

Extraction
Follicular units are removed one by one with a 0.7–0.9mm punch and held in a chilled preservation solution.
- 04
Channel opening
The surgeon opens recipient channels at the angle, depth and direction your natural hair grows. This step determines whether the result looks real.

Placement
Grafts are placed into the channels, single-hair units at the hairline and multi-hair units behind for density.

Dressing and instruction
Donor area dressed, medication issued and washing technique explained. You return in two days for the first wash at the clinic.
