A reservation is not a booking and it is not a payment. It holds a surgery date, a hospital and a hotel room in your name for fourteen days — while your treatment plan is written, while a surgeon reviews your photographs, and while you read the quote in your own time. Change your mind inside those fourteen days and one message releases it. No fee, no explanation, no follow-up calls.

1. 01You send three photographsFront, top and back of your head in daylight — or one clear photograph of your smile. It takes two minutes, and it is the only thing we need to begin.
2. 02A surgeon reviews them, not a salespersonWithin two working days you receive a written plan: what is recommended, what is not, and the graft or unit count behind the figure. If you are not a good candidate, we tell you that instead.
3. 03We hold your dates for fourteen daysSurgery date, accredited hospital and hotel are reserved in your name while you read the quote, ask questions and speak to whoever you need to speak to.
4. 04You confirm — or you do notA deposit confirms the trip and stays fully refundable for fourteen days. Saying no costs you nothing, and nobody will chase you afterwards.
