Terms & Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: 11 August 2026

DRAFT — these terms must be reviewed by a UK solicitor and reconciled with your actual client contract, deposit terms and insurance position before the site goes live. Remove this notice once done.

These terms govern your use of this website and describe the relationship between you and London Assistance Limited, a company registered in England and Wales at 52 Allestree Road, London SW6 6AE. They do not replace the individual written agreement you sign before treatment; where the two conflict, that agreement prevails.

What we are

London Assistance Limited is a medical travel facilitator. We arrange, coordinate and accompany treatment that is provided by independent, licensed clinicians and facilities in Türkiye. We do not provide medical or dental care ourselves, we do not employ the clinicians who treat you, and we are not a clinic. We are not regulated by the Care Quality Commission or the General Dental Council, because we do not deliver healthcare in the United Kingdom.

Nothing here is medical advice

Every page on this website is general information. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or medical advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified clinician who has examined you. Suitability for any procedure can only be determined by the treating clinician after a proper assessment.

Prices and quotations

Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges, given for orientation. They are not an offer and do not constitute a quotation. Your price becomes binding only when issued to you in writing following a clinical review and accepted by you. Once accepted, that figure is fixed for the treatment described in it; changes to the treatment plan requested by you will be re-quoted before anything proceeds.

Comparison figures

Where we compare our prices with those in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, the comparison figures are mid-points of publicly advertised private prices gathered in 2026. They are illustrative, they are not attributed to any named provider, and individual providers may charge materially more or less. They should not be relied on as a quotation from any third party.

Deposits and cancellation

A deposit secures your treatment dates. It is refundable in full for fourteen days from the date of payment, for any reason or none. After that period the deposit becomes non-refundable but may be transferred to new dates once, subject to clinic availability. Full cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the agreement you sign.

Outcomes and expectations

No clinician can guarantee an aesthetic outcome. Results depend on individual biology, healing, aftercare compliance and factors outside anyone's control. Any before-and-after imagery on this site shows the outcome achieved by that specific patient and is not a representation of what you will achieve. Where a revision policy applies, its terms are set out in your written agreement.

Your obligations

You must give a complete and accurate medical history, including medication, allergies and previous procedures. Withholding relevant information can make treatment unsafe and may invalidate any guarantee. You must follow the pre-operative and aftercare instructions you are given, and attend the scheduled follow-up reviews.

Travel, insurance and liability

Flights are booked by you. We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance that expressly covers elective treatment abroad, and we can point you to providers who offer it. We are not liable for flight disruption, visa refusal or any loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Clinical responsibility

Clinical care is provided by the treating clinician and facility, who carry their own professional responsibility and insurance for it. Our responsibility is for the coordination service we provide: selecting and vetting partners, arranging your treatment and travel, and supporting you throughout. We take that responsibility seriously and will act as your advocate with any partner, but we do not perform, supervise or direct clinical care.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, write to info@londonassistance.co.uk. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and respond substantively within fourteen. If you remain dissatisfied, our full complaints procedure sets out how the matter is escalated within the company and what independent routes are open to you.

Website content and intellectual property

All text, imagery and design on this website belong to London Assistance Limited unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission. We try to keep the information here accurate and current but make no warranty that it is free of error, and it may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
