About
Your Journey
From your first message to your twelve-month sign-off, this is exactly what happens, who does it, what you receive in writing at each stage and — just as importantly — what we need from you.
First contact
A form, an email or a WhatsApp message. You are assigned a named coordinator immediately — the same person who will still be answering your messages a year from now. They ask what you are considering, take a short medical history and request photographs, or for dental work any recent x-ray.
- You receive
- A named coordinator and their direct number
- We need
- Photos or x-rays, and an honest medical history
Clinical review and video consultation
Your case goes to the consultant who would perform it — not to a sales desk. They assess what is realistically achievable and you meet them on video to hear it directly. If they think you are not a suitable candidate, or that a smaller intervention would serve you better, that is what they will say.
- You receive
- A written treatment plan and a realistic expectation
- We need
- Thirty minutes on a video call, camera on
One fixed, all-inclusive quote
Treatment, hospital, hotel, transfers, interpreter and medication in a single figure with nothing hidden beneath it. Your contract is with a company registered in England and Wales, under UK law. A deposit secures your dates and stays fully refundable for fourteen days, no reason required.
- You receive
- A signed quote and a UK-law contract
- We need
- Your chosen dates and a refundable deposit
We arrange the trip
We advise which flights to take and why, book the hotel, confirm every transfer and send a day-by-day itinerary to your phone with every address, appointment time and name you will need. You are told where you will be met at the airport and by whom.
- You receive
- A day-by-day itinerary and an airport meet point
- We need
- Your flight numbers once booked
Arrival and pre-operative checks
Met at arrivals, driven to the hotel, then to the clinic for bloods and a final examination. The surgeon confirms the plan agreed on video and you sign consent having read it in English with an interpreter present.
- You receive
- Blood results reviewed before anything proceeds
- We need
- Any medication you take, brought with you
Treatment, with someone beside you
Your coordinator or an interpreter attends. You are never alone in a room where a decision about your body is being made, and you are never asked to sign anything you have not read in your own language. We check in with you that evening.
- You receive
- An interpreter at every appointment
- We need
- That you tell us the moment anything feels wrong
Review and discharge
A final clinical review twenty-four hours after treatment, so anything that needs adjusting is caught while you are still in the same city as your surgeon. You leave with medication, an aftercare kit and a written record in English.
- You receive
- A written discharge summary for your GP or dentist
- We need
- An hour before your transfer to the airport
Aftercare that follows you home
Scheduled reviews at day ten, month three, month six and month twelve. You send photographs, your surgeon assesses them, and your coordinator remains reachable on the same number throughout. If a revision is clinically indicated within the agreed window, we arrange it.
- You receive
- 12 months of structured, scheduled follow-up
- We need
- Photographs at each milestone — we will remind you
