Hollywood Smile
A full aesthetic redesign of the teeth that show when you smile — typically sixteen to twenty units of veneers, crowns or a mix of the two, planned digitally and previewed before a single tooth is prepared. It is the most transformative and the most irreversible thing we arrange, so it is also the one where we push back hardest on scope.
A full redesign makes sense when
- Most visible teeth are already restored, worn or structurally compromised
- Severe wear from grinding has shortened the whole arch
- Shape, colour and alignment all need changing, not just one of them
- You accept that this is permanent and you will maintain it
We will suggest less when
- Your teeth are healthy and only the colour bothers you
- Four veneers and a whitening would achieve the same visible result
- Alignment is the real issue — aligners preserve the teeth
- You are under 25 and the teeth are otherwise sound
Your treatment week
- 01
Day 1 — records and design
Photographs, x-ray, intraoral scan and facial measurements. The design is built around your face proportions, not a template.
- 02
Day 1 — mock-up you can see
A composite mock-up placed over your unprepared teeth. You look in a mirror, in daylight, and change anything you want at zero cost.
- 03
Days 2–3 — preparation and temporaries
Teeth prepared to the approved design and temporaries fitted. You wear the temporaries for a day and tell us what to adjust.
- 04
Days 4–5 — milling and layering
Units milled and hand-layered in the in-house lab. Shade matched against your skin tone in natural light, not under clinic lighting.
- 05
Day 6 — trial fit
Everything tried in before glazing. Length, midline, edge translucency and gum line all checked and adjusted.
- 06
Days 7–8 — cementation and review
Bonded, bite balanced, polished, then reviewed the next day before you fly. Night guard supplied as standard.
